BRD 1KD/2KD High Mount Turbo Exhaust Manifold - Toyota Hilux Vigo / Vigo Champ N70, Fortuner & Prado 120/150

BRD's high mount exhaust manifold lifts the turbo up and out of the factory low position so you can run a larger F-series frame turbo on a 1KD or 2KD. Individual mandrel-bent runners merge into a single collector, giving better exhaust flow and faster spool than the factory log.

• Equal-style tubular runners into a single collector
• Square 4-bolt turbo flange to suit F41, F44, F46, F55 and similar frame turbos
• Thick machined head flange

Fitment

Suits Toyota Hilux Vigo and Vigo Champ (N70 Hilux, KUN26 / KUN16, 2004-2015), first generation Fortuner (KUN60 / KUN51, 2005-2015) and Landcruiser Prado KDJ120 / KDJ150 (2002-2015) with the 1KD-FTV 3.0L or 2KD-FTV 2.5L D-4D engine.

Install notes

• Requires a high mount dump pipe, oil feed and drain lines and custom intake piping
• The engine block coolant pipe needs modifying for clearance
• An ECU tune is recommended with any turbo upgrade
• Use new gaskets and studs. Workshop installation recommended
