Manta 3in Exhaust - Toyota Prado GUN150R 2.8L 1GD-FTV Turbo Diesel DPF 2015-2023

Manta's 3in system for the GUN150R Prado comes two ways, so you can choose how far forward you want to go.

DPF back picks up behind the diesel particulate filter and replaces the rear section only. It leaves the DPF and all emissions equipment untouched, so the vehicle stays road compliant. This is the straightforward choice if you want a freer exit and a better note without touching the emissions side of the car.

Turbo back replaces the lot from the turbo outlet rearward, with or without catalytic converters. It removes the DPF, so it needs an ECU recalibration to suit and is intended for off-road or competition use only. This is the version to fit when the 1GD-FTV has been tuned or is working hard - towing, sand, long climbs - and you want the exhaust out of the way entirely.

Two straight-through mufflers are built into the system. That keeps cabin noise close to standard with no drone on the highway, while still flowing far better than the factory exhaust.

Every bend is mandrel-formed, so the pipe holds its full 3in diameter through the corners instead of crushing down the way press-bent tube does. That is where the flow gain comes from - earlier boost response and better throttle pickup down low.
