Manta DPF Back Exhaust - Ford Ranger Next Gen T6.2 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel DPF 2022-Current

The Next Gen Ranger's 3.0L V6 is a lot of engine for the exhaust Ford hung off it. This is the DPF back system, so the filter and all the emissions equipment stay untouched and the truck remains road legal and warranty-safe. Take it in 3in for a stock truck, or step up to 4in if it is tuned or you tow heavy.

DPF Back — from the diesel particulate filter back. The factory DPF and all the emissions gear stay untouched, so the vehicle remains road legal and your warranty position is unchanged.

Material and finish

• Aluminised Steel — Manta's standard. Aluminium-silicon coated steel, pressed and mandrel-bent the same as the stainless, and it will give you years of service in normal conditions. Best value of the two.
• Aluminised Steel (Chrome Tips) — the aluminised system finished with polished chrome tips, so the visible end matches the factory brightwork.
• Stainless Steel — 409 stainless. Worth the jump if you live near the coast, spend time in mud and dust, or do river crossings. It will comfortably outlast the truck.
• Stainless Steel (Chrome Tips) — 409 stainless finished with polished chrome tips. The long-life option with a tidy exit.

Pipe size

• 3in Single — 3in single pipe. The standard upgrade size and the right answer for a stock or lightly tuned engine.
• 4in Single — 4in single pipe. Worth it if the engine is tuned, or if you tow heavy and want every bit of exhaust gas away from the turbo.

Fitment

Ford Ranger T6.2/Next Gen, 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel, 2022 to 2025. Bolts to the factory mounting points and uses the standard hangers — no cutting or welding.

Mandrel-bent throughout, whichever size you take. A mandrel bend holds its full diameter around the corner instead of crushing down the way press-bent tube does, which is the whole point of fitting a bigger system in the first place.
