MS 1KD/2KD Forward Facing Intake Manifold - Toyota Hilux Vigo / Vigo Champ N70, Fortuner & Prado 120/150

A polished, fabricated alloy intake manifold from MS for built 1KD and 2KD engines. The factory manifold and throttle body choke airflow once you add a bigger turbo and more boost. This forward facing manifold gives the intercooler a straight shot into a larger plenum, so the engine breathes easier and runs cooler EGTs at high power.

Fitment

Suits Toyota Hilux Vigo and Vigo Champ (N70 Hilux, KUN26 / KUN16, 2004-2015), first generation Fortuner (KUN60 / KUN51, 2005-2015) and Landcruiser Prado KDJ120 / KDJ150 (2002-2015) with the 1KD-FTV 3.0L or 2KD-FTV 2.5L D-4D engine.

Install notes

• Not a direct bolt-in: the factory throttle body and EGR are deleted, and custom intercooler piping is required
• Injector lines, hoses and brackets may need to be modified or relocated
• An ECU tune is required
• As with any fabricated manifold, check the flange is flat before fitting and use a new gasket
• Workshop installation recommended
