An upgraded front mounted intercooler kit for the latest N90 Toyota Hilux. Mounted behind the grille where it gets the coldest air, the PDI core keeps intake temperatures down so your Hilux makes and holds more power when towing, touring or running a performance build.

Push-on piping models

Suits the updated models with push-on flexible intercooler piping. The kit includes extra bolt-on parts that replicate the proven N80 clamp system, which is easier to service and avoids relying on hard-to-source factory push-on pipes.

Transmission cooler option

Choose Intercooler Kit with Transmission Cooler for automatics: a high-BTU PDI transmission cooler mounted in front of the intercooler on custom brackets, protecting the gearbox under heavy load without compromising intercooler performance.

Recommended add-on: PDI MAP Sensor Filter (opposite side outlets).
