BYP 1GD/2GD Forward Facing Intake Manifold - Toyota Hilux Revo / Revo Rocco / Travo, Fortuner & Prado 150

A fabricated alloy intake manifold from BYP Garage, the Thai KD and GD engine specialists. It replaces the factory 1GD/2GD manifold and throttle body with a larger, forward facing plenum that flows far more air for turbo-upgraded and high power builds.

• TIG welded fabricated alloy construction
• CNC machined head flange
• Sensor boss in the plenum
• Forward facing design for a short, direct intercooler pipe run
• Larger plenum volume than the factory manifold to feed all four cylinders evenly under high boost
• Removes the restrictive factory throttle body and EGR inlet

Fitment

Suits Toyota Hilux Revo and Revo Rocco (N80 Hilux, 2015 on), the new Hilux Travo (2025 on, 1GD-FTV 2.8L), second generation Fortuner and Fortuner Legender (GUN156, 2015 on) and Landcruiser Prado GDJ150 with the 1GD-FTV 2.8L or 2GD-FTV 2.4L engine.

Install notes

• Not a direct bolt-in: the factory throttle body and EGR are deleted, and custom intercooler piping is required
• Injector lines, hoses and brackets may need to be modified or relocated
• An ECU tune is required
• As with any fabricated manifold, check the flange is flat before fitting and use a new gasket
• Workshop installation recommended
