BYP 1KD/2KD Forward Facing Intake Manifold - Toyota Hilux Vigo / Vigo Champ N70, Fortuner & Prado 120/150

BYP Garage's fabricated alloy intake for the 1KD and 2KD. A long, square-section plenum with a curved, bead-rolled inlet feeds each runner evenly, replacing the restrictive factory manifold on turbo-upgraded builds.

• TIG welded fabricated alloy construction
• Square-section plenum for even cylinder distribution
• Curved inlet with bead roll for secure hose grip

• Forward facing design for a short, direct intercooler pipe run
• Larger plenum volume than the factory manifold to feed all four cylinders evenly under high boost
• Removes the restrictive factory throttle body and EGR inlet

Fitment

Suits Toyota Hilux Vigo and Vigo Champ (N70 Hilux, KUN26 / KUN16, 2004-2015), first generation Fortuner (KUN60 / KUN51, 2005-2015) and Landcruiser Prado KDJ120 / KDJ150 (2002-2015) with the 1KD-FTV 3.0L or 2KD-FTV 2.5L D-4D engine.

Install notes

• Not a direct bolt-in: the factory throttle body and EGR are deleted, and custom intercooler piping is required
• Injector lines, hoses and brackets may need to be modified or relocated
• An ECU tune is required
• As with any fabricated manifold, check the flange is flat before fitting and use a new gasket
• Workshop installation recommended
