Genuine Injector Fitting Kit - 1GD-FTV & 2GD-FTV - Hilux N80, Prado GDJ150 & Fortuner

Everything you disturb when the injectors come out of a 1GD-FTV or 2GD-FTV, in one genuine kit. Pulling injectors and reusing the seals is how a simple job turns into a comeback.

What is in the kit

• 1 x rocker cover gasket
• 4 x return rail leak-off washers
• 4 x nozzle holder gaskets
• 1 x cam cover seal
• 2 x cam cap seals
• 1 x oil cap seal

Injector seats are not in this kit they come supplied with new injectors. If you are refitting your existing injectors, talk to us about seats separately.

Why it all gets replaced

Leak off washers and nozzle holder gaskets are crush seals. Once they have been torqued down and heat cycled they have taken their set, and putting them back is how you end up with diesel in the oil or a weeping injector well. The rocker cover gasket and cam seals come apart on the same job so they are in here too.
