Manta 3in Turbo Back Exhaust - Isuzu D-Max 3.0L CRD 2012-2017 (no DPF)

Manta 3in mandrel-bent turbo back exhaust systems for the Isuzu D-Max 3.0L CRD, June 2012 to January 2017. Every system here is a 3in single and a complete turbo back kit, with the clamps, gaskets and hangers included.

Pre-DPF cars only. If your D-Max is a January 2017 or later build with a factory diesel particulate filter, the part numbers are different - use our D-Max 2017-2020 (with DPF) listing instead.

Step 1 - pick your system

• With Cats - retains a catalytic converter. The road-legal choice.
• Without Cats - a cat delete pipe in place of the converter. Competition and off-road use only.

Step 2 - pick your material

• Aluminised Steel - Manta's standard mild steel system with an aluminised coating. Best value and what most D-Max utes get.
• Stainless Steel - maximum corrosion resistance. Worth the step up for coastal, beach, heavy mud and river crossing work.

Step 3 - pick your sound

• Quiet - full muffler. The most subdued option, closest to factory in-cabin noise.
• Medium - hotdog resonator. A deeper note without droning on the highway.
• Loud - no muffler, straight through. The most aggressive tone.

What you gain

The factory D-Max exhaust is a genuine restriction on the 4JJ1 3.0L. A 3in turbo back typically brings lower exhaust gas temperatures, quicker spool, less back pressure and sharper throttle response - and it sets the ute up properly for a GTurbo upgrade to use the extra flow.
