The honest bit: this will not fix a warped manifold

The ZD30 manifold is famous for warping, and once the face is out, no gasket on earth will seal it. If yours has been ticking, has been off before, or has a visible gap at the ends, get the manifold machined flat before this goes anywhere near it. It is cheap, it takes a day, and it is the difference between fixing the leak and doing the job twice.

Check it for cracks between the runners while it is off too. These crack, especially on anything running more boost than standard.
