Toyota Hilux N90 PDI Heavy Duty Transmission Cooler Kit

Protect the automatic gearbox in your N90 Hilux when towing, carrying loads or touring. The PDI kit uses a 48-plate stacked-plate core (280 × 280 × 38 mm) rated at 29,000 BTU, outperforming typical single and even dual (in-series) cooler setups.

Why PDI

• Stacked-plate core: more efficient and less restrictive than tube-and-fin or plate-and-fin coolers
• Zinc-plated steel brackets: one-piece brackets stop the alloy cooler flexing and won't cause corrosion like stainless on steel
• 400 psi rated hose included
• Optimised location: mounted in front of the hot side of the intercooler, so it doesn't push heat back into the intake air
• Airlock-resistant design: outlets on the sides or top so the cooler fills completely and reaches its rated efficiency
• Works with the factory intercooler or a PDI upgraded front mount intercooler
