Performance Expectations

The KD-G300 Titan turbocharger targets excellent mid and top-end response, capable of exceeding the performance of modified six-cylinder and V8 engines. It features a high-flow turbine wheel, larger and more efficient compressor wheel, upgraded thrust bearings, a 30% stronger main shaft, and a high-temperature-rated VNT system. Designed for a boost of 34psi, it operates efficiently from 10-37psi.

With the standard injection pump and +60% GTurbo injectors, expect power increases to around 180-220rwkW and torque to over 700nm. Installations with a high-flow injection pump or overdrive kit, large intercooler, 3” exhaust, and upgraded injectors can achieve up to 230rwkW and over 900nm at the crankshaft.
