Manta 3in Dual Cat Back Exhaust - RAM 1500 DT 3.0L Hurricane Standard Output Petrol Ute 2025-Current

The Hurricane replaces the Hemi with a twin-turbo inline six, and it makes more power than the V8 it replaced. What it does not make is much noise. This cat back is a brand new release from Manta, built specifically for the Standard Output motor, and it gives the Hurricane the voice the engineering deserves.

Choosing your system

• Cat Back — everything from the catalytic converters back. The factory cats and engine pipes stay put, so it is the simplest road-legal way to open the truck up and it is where most owners start.

Finish

• Stainless Steel (Chrome Tips) — 409 stainless finished with polished chrome tips, matching the factory brightwork.
• Stainless Steel (Black Tips) — 409 stainless with black tips. Suits the blacked-out trims and the Trail Boss / TRX look.

How loud do you want it

• Medium — the middle setting, and the one most owners land on. You get the V8 note under load without it droning at you on a long tow.
• Quiet — the most muffling Manta offers on this platform. Deeper and fuller than factory, but still a truck you can drive to work every day.

Fitment

RAM 1500 DT/1500/Hurricane SO, 3.0L Hurricane SO, 2025 to 2026. Bolts to the factory mounting points and uses the standard hangers.

3in Dual, mandrel-bent throughout. A mandrel bend holds its full diameter around the corner instead of crushing down the way press-bent tube does, which is the whole point of fitting a bigger system.
