Titanium Compressor Wheel
At the heart of the ZD-G320Ti is a billet titanium compressor wheel – stronger, lighter, and more thermally stable than aluminium. This aerospace-grade material ensures rapid spool-up, reduced inertia, and exceptional resilience under extreme heat and boost.

Rapid Boost Delivery
With 20psi of boost available from just 1550rpm and 36psi by 2000rpm, the ZD-G320Ti delivers an immediate torque hit when you need it most. Boost is sustained up to 4000rpm, giving strong acceleration and top-end power with zero drop-off.

Heavy-Duty Internals
Equipped with a low-inertia turbine, reinforced bearing housing, and upgraded core components, the ZD-G320Ti is built to handle high boost pressures (up to 42psi) and extreme exhaust gas temperatures reliably.

Performance Expectations:

The ZD-G320Ti is designed to operate efficiently between 16–42psi. With the right setup, 20psi is typically achieved by 1550rpm, with 36psi by 2000rpm and sustained 35psi to 4000rpm. (Performance data based on turbo intake air temp below 35°C and pressure above 98kPa.)
