Introducing the GTurbo VD-G400Ti, the highest-flowing turbocharger in our VDJ single-turbo lineup, built for serious power, high-load towing, and performance that keeps pulling all the way to redline. Designed for well-built 1VD-FTV setups with upgraded fueling, cooling, and tuning, the VD-G400Ti delivers brutal top-end performance without compromising reliability or response.
With a titanium billet compressor, larger turbine, and reinforced internals, this turbo is engineered to thrive under extreme boost, heat, and load. Whether you’re chasing peak dyno numbers, pulling heavy trailers across long distances, or powering through deep sand, the VD-G400Ti has the strength and flow to do it all.

Performance Expectations:
The VD-G400Ti is designed to handle high boost and big airflow across the full RPM range. With the right supporting mods and tune, you can expect:

Factory Output (1VD-FTV, Single Turbo): ~380Nm at the wheels / ~100–120rwkW

With VD-G400Ti + Custom ECU Tune: ~800–900Nm / 200–230rwkW

Boost Delivery:
• ~30psi by 1550rpm (with supporting mods & tuning)
• Up to 40psi by 2000rpm with efficient air intake and low charge temps -
With Full Supporting Mods: Up to 330rwkW and 1100+Nm at the wheels
(Large intercooler, 3” exhaust, GTurbo Power Pipe, injectors, and NPC1600Nm clutch required)
Note: Peak performance is based on setups using a turbo-back exhaust. Output may be slightly reduced if the factory DPF is retained. While compatible with the factory ECU tune, a custom remap is highly recommended to unlock full potential and ensure safe operation.
