Performance Expectations

The KD-G250 Titan turbocharger targets great low-down response and efficient performance/boost throughout the rev range. It features a high-response turbine wheel, larger and more efficient compressor wheel, upgraded thrust bearings, a 30% stronger main shaft, and a higher flow VNT system. Designed for a boost of 28psi, it operates efficiently from 10-30psi, with optimal tuning at 28psi.

With an upgraded intercooler and ECU tune, expect power increases to around 140-150rwkW and torque to 500nm. Installations with a larger intercooler, 3” exhaust, and upgraded injectors can yield up to 180rwkW and over 650nm at the wheels. An upgraded clutch is mandatory for manual transmissions.
