Based on the proven VDTT-G450 Titan, this premium package features billet titanium compressor wheels for maximum strength and extreme heat resistance. Built for long-haul towing, high-power touring, and serious performance builds, the VDTT-G450 Titanium is the ultimate bolt-on upgrade for your VDJ200.

Titanium Engineering for Uncompromising Strength

At the heart of the VDTT-G450 Titaniums are billet titanium compressor wheels, made from aerospace-grade titanium for extreme heat resistance and superior reliability at high RPM and pressure. This combination delivers fast, lower friction, and exceptional durability under high thermal loads.

Performance Expectations – VDJ200 Series (Twin Turbo 1VD-FTV)

Stock VDJ200 (Twin Turbo):
• ~550Nm wheel torque
• ~155rwkW

With VDTT-G450 Titanium + ECU Remap:
• ~850–900Nm wheel torque
• ~230–240rwkW
• Up to 30psi available from 1750rpm (with correct tuning and supporting mods)

With full supporting mods (GTurbo Airbox, large intercooler, 3” exhaust, high-flow injectors):
• Up to 370rwkW
• Over 1200Nm of wheel torque

Performance figures are based on turbo-back exhaust configurations. Slightly lower outputs are expected if the DPF is retained. The VDTT-G450 Titanium is compatible with both DPF and non-DPF setups.
