Introducing the GTurbo VDTT-G450 Titaniums for the VDJ200, our most advanced twin-turbo upgrade for the 200 Series LandCruiser. Based on the proven VDTT-G450 Titan platform, this premium package features billet titanium compressor wheels for maximum strength and extreme heat resistance. Engineered for long-haul towing, high-power touring, and serious performance builds, the VDTT-G450 Titaniums represent the highest specification bolt-on turbo upgrade available for the 1VD-FTV twin-turbo platform.

Billet Titanium Compressor Wheels:
Manufactured from aerospace-grade titanium, the compressor wheels provide exceptional heat resistance and structural integrity at elevated shaft speeds and boost pressures. The result is improved durability under sustained thermal load and high-RPM operation.
Reinforced Internal Components:
The VDTT-G450 Titaniums incorporate reinforced thrust bearings and 30% stronger main shafts to support increased boost pressure and torque output while maintaining reliability in demanding applications.
Custom High-Flow Turbines:
Revised turbine geometry improves exhaust energy utilisation, supporting stronger mid-range torque and sustained upper-RPM airflow.
Next-Generation VNT System:
Upgraded variable nozzle control enhances boost response, drivability, and high-load stability across a broad operating range.
Performance Expectations:
Standard performance for the VDJ200 twin-turbo platform is approximately 550Nm of wheel torque and 155rwkW.
With a set of VDTT-G450 Titaniums combined with a custom ECU remap, you can expect approximately 850–900Nm of wheel torque and 230–240rwkW. Boost levels of up to 30psi are typically achievable from around 1750rpm when tuning and supporting modifications are complementary. Accurate tuning is essential for reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Installations incorporating a GTurbo Airbox, PDI Front mount intercooler or GTurbo Intercooler Fan kit, 3” turbo-back exhaust system and GTurbo high-flow injectors have achieved results of up to 350rwkW and over 1200Nm of wheel torque.
Performance figures are based on turbo-back exhaust configurations. Outputs may be slightly lower where the factory DPF is retained. The VDTT-G450 Titanium is compatible with both DPF and non-DPF setups.

Supporting Modifications:
